Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned withinΒ 14 days of deliveryΒ for a refund or store credit, provided they are:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and documentation
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Special orders
  • Resized or altered pieces
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@casselljewelry.comΒ with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method, as Cassell Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method withinΒ 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us withinΒ 48 hours of deliveryΒ so we can make it right promptly.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability.
